Policy Scope
Due to the energetic nature of our crystals and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns and exchanges for items that arrived damaged during shipping or have a confirmed quality defect. All crystals are carefully inspected before dispatch.
We do not offer "change of mind" or "7-day no reason" returns.
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

A clear description and photos of the issue (e.g., damage).

The item must be in its original condition, including any certification cards and packaging.
Qualifying Reasons:

Items damaged during shipping: We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Major quality issues not matching the description: (e.g., receiving a crystal that is significantly different from the website's real-life photos). Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Qualifying Reasons:

Personal subjective reasons (e.g., "the energy doesn't feel right," "I don't like it," "slight color difference from screen display").

Any item that has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.
Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
