Policy Scope
Due to the energetic nature of our crystals and for hygiene reasons, we only accept returns and exchanges for items that arrived damaged during shipping or have a confirmed quality defect. All crystals are carefully inspected before dispatch.
We do not offer "change of mind" or "7-day no reason" returns.

Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear description and photos of the issue (e.g., damage).

  3. The item must be in its original condition, including any certification cards and packaging.

Qualifying Reasons:

  • Items damaged during shipping: We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

  • Major quality issues not matching the description: (e.g., receiving a crystal that is significantly different from the website's real-life photos). Upon confirmation, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Qualifying Reasons:

  • Personal subjective reasons (e.g., "the energy doesn't feel right," "I don't like it," "slight color difference from screen display").

  • Any item that has been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.
